PAYMENT
Currently, only cash payment is accepted.
ARRIVING ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
As Aunty Cori's Dog Spa is committed to delivering the one-on-one service you have requested, it is important that you arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will be unable to perform the complete service as booked. In this case, we may be able to offer an alternative service for the time remaining, but you will still be charged the full price of the booked service. If we are unable to offer an acceptable alternative service then the appointment will have to be rescheduled and you will be charged the Cancellation fee,
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your appointment will be gladly cancelled or rescheduled if you provide more than 3 days' notice. Where less than 3 days' notice is received, the Cancellation fee for the specific Service will be charged.
FLEAS
If your dog has fleas, a compulsory flea shampoo will be applied at an additional cost of $10.
PERMISSIONS
We occasionally take photos or videos of our happy canine clients for use on social media. If you would prefer that your dog’s image is not used in this way, please be sure to let us know prior to your appointment.
PRIVACY
Any information related to you or your pet collected by Aunty Cori's Dog Spa will only be used for the purposes of providing or contacting you regarding our services. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, your information will be kept private and will not be shared with any 3rd party.
